📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Honey Scripts! We aim to process and ship your order as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or new product launches.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We currently ship via trusted couriers such as The Courier Guy and PUDO. Estimated delivery times are:

• Main city areas: 2–4 business days
• Outlying/rural areas: 3–5 business days

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Important Notes:

• We currently ship within South Africa only.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Honey Scripts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
• We are not liable for delays once a package has been handed over to the courier service, but we’ll always assist where we can.
