Honey Scripts 30-Day Return Policy

At Honey Scripts, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition for a return.
• If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at honeyscripts23@gmail.com to arrange for a return or exchange, even if the item has been opened.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact us at honeyscripts23@gmail.com to report damaged goods, defective items, or to request a return.
2. Complete the Return Options Survey to help us understand your reason for the return and how you would like to proceed. (See survey below)
3. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
4. Return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to your provided bank account within 7 days.

Exchanges:

• If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us at honeyscripts23@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Earrings with opened packaging (due to hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale or clearance
